The short version: If the Playbook isn't worth it to you, email us within 10 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, and you keep the book.

Our 10-day guarantee

The Unofficial Costco Savings Playbook comes with a 10-day money-back guarantee. If you don't find at least one saving worth more than what you paid, you can ask for a full refund within 10 days of your purchase date.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or write to [email protected].
Include the email address you used to buy, so we can find your order.
You don't need to give a reason, though we always appreciate feedback.

What happens next

We aim to process refunds within 1 to 2 business days. The money goes back to the card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Because this is a digital book, there's nothing to send back. You're welcome to keep it.

After 10 days

Refund requests made more than 10 days after purchase aren't covered by the guarantee. If something went wrong with your download at any time, write to us and we'll make it right.

Who processes payments

Our orders are processed by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which handles checkout, payment, and applicable sales tax. Refunds are issued through the same system.
